No.6 Store accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all clogs, swimwear, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Wait for Processing

  Once received at our studio, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the items and issue your refund to the original payment method.
